Our cashew creams are raw, which means their temperature-sensitive enzymes are intact, so it's easier to digest and assimilate their vital nutrients. We developed our cashew creams out of the desire to create healthy desserts for everyone that are dairy-free, without compromising satisfaction. Our cashew creams have about half the saturated fat content compared to dairy ice cream. Half of the fat in cashews is oleic acid, the same heart-healthy monounsaturated fat found in olive oil.

Our frozen dessert is sweetened with agave nectar, a raw pure sweetener. Agave nectar has a low glycemic-index, so it does not spike your blood sugar levels like other sweeteners do.
