Made from organic cacao beans, our cacao butter (also called cocoa butter) is great for a number of different uses. Cacao butter is one of the most stable and highly concentrated fats known, making it easy for the skin to absorb as a natural moisturizer. When applied topically, it creates a barrier between sensitive skin and the environment and also helps retain moisture.

In addition, cocoa butter contains cocoa mass polyphenol (CMP), a substance that inhibits the production of the immunoglobulin IgE. IgE is known to aggravate symptoms of both dermatitis and asthma. Cacao butter can also be used in an endless number of your favorite recipes!
