Think pistachio is just an ice cream flavor? Our 100% raw, organic Pistachio Butter begs to differ! It’s rich, sweet, and equally wonderful in desserts and savory dishes, from cakes and raw energy bites to pilafs and salads. If you’re feeling adventurous, try making your own extra-creamy pistachio pesto or (okay, fine) ice cream. If you’re not feeling so adventurous, Pistachio Butter is a nutritious, delicious, and convenient snack straight out of the jar.

Pistachios get their bright green color from eye-protecting antioxidants like beta-carotene and lutein. They are also high in vitamin B-6, which promotes healthy metabolism and nutrient absorption, and a good source of iron, thiamin, copper, manganese, phosphorus, fiber, and protein. Plus, thanks to their fiber and monounsaturated fat content, eating pistachios regularly lowers LDL (“bad”) cholesterol levels and reduces the risk of heart disease.

We stone-grind our pistachios slowly at low temperatures for the smoothest, most nutritious nut butter possible-- after all, that’s how nut butter was first made. Read more about the benefits of stone-grinding HERE.

FUN FACT! The Queen of Sheba loved pistachios and maintained that they were fit only for royalty. In fact, she demanded that every pistachio grown in Sheba be set aside for her and her royal court!

Shelf life: One year if properly stored

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark area. If stored at room temperature, oil may separate--stir before you enjoy! Nut and seed butters can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
