Better Than Roasted sunflower seed butter starts with premium, whole, raw, certified organic sunflower seeds and are hand-made in small batches to ensure that every jar our our sunflower butter is full of the radiant energy of the sunflower plant. We take our sunflower seeds and soak, rinse, and then dry the seeds at low temperatures, maintaining their raw state for our delicious sunflower seed butter.
Sunflower seed butter is full of protein, fiber, B vitamins, and Vitamin E. It is also a natural, vegan source of calcium, magnesium, potassium, selenium, iron, zinc, and copper. Sunflower seed butter is also a delicious way to obtain phosphorus which helps protect the myelin sheath of the nerves. Shelf life: One year if properly stored
