Marcona almonds are popping up all over—as a dessert pairing with dark chocolate, an alternative to croutons in salads, and even emulsified into sauces. They can be eaten on their own, or as part of a Spanish cheese plate, or as a fantastic addition to salads, or just about any dessert or baked good.

Marcona almonds, the “Queen of Almonds,” are imported from Spain. They are shorter, rounder, softer, and sweeter than the California variety. Only a small number of the world's almonds come from Spain, but Spanish almonds are known for their unique profiles and excellent, natural cultivation processes. European regulations do not require almonds to be pasteurized, so the almonds of all varieties maintain a more natural texture and flavor.
Our Better Than Roasted (BTR) process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our nuts and seeds. Shelf life: One year if properly stored
Storage: Cool, dry, dark area. Better Than Roasted nuts and seeds can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
