What’s in the jar? 100% raw, organic sprouted macadamias, gently stone-ground to release the creaminess that these sweet, buttery nuts always knew they had deep inside. Enjoy our Macadamia Nut Butter on toast, in smoothies, dips, and desserts (like macadamia fudge!), or straight out of the jar!

Macadamia nuts are a rich source of thiamin, manganese and fiber, and they contain five of the nine essential amino acids. Plus, studies show they lower LDL cholesterol levels, reducing the risk of stroke and heart disease.

Our macadamia nuts are sprouted using our custom Better Than Roasted (BTR) process, which maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our nuts. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.

We stone-grind our macadamias slowly at low temperatures for the smoothest, most nutritious nut butter possible-- after all, that’s how nut butter was first made. Read more about the benefits of stone-grinding HERE.

FUN FACT! Europeans thought they “discovered” the macadamia tree in 1858, but Aboriginal Australians had treasured the nuts for centuries as an energy-rich traveling snack and a valuable trading item.

Shelf life: One year if properly stored
