Our rich, chewy Chocolate Macaroons are made of just crisp coconut, sweet agave, crunchy cashews, and luscious cacao. Delicious and nutritious, they’re equally at home in fancy gift baskets and kids’ (or grown-ups’!) lunch boxes.
The rest of the world’s macaroons are jealous. A two-ounce serving of Chocolate Macaroons provides 3 grams of protein, 15% of your daily value of fiber, and 10% of your daily value of iron. Plus:
- Coconut provides an antifungal antioxidant called lauric acid.
- Cashews add vitamin K, magnesium, copper, thiamin, and manganese.
