Like an energy bar, Mystic Mountain Trail Mix is packed with fiber and protein. Unlike an energy bar, it’s 100% raw, organic, and additive-free!
These fruits and nuts boast a rainbow of nutrients. Crunchy almonds add vitamin E, biotin, and probiotics. Sweet, crisp pecans add iron and magnesium. Mulberries are a good source of vitamin K and riboflavin. Tart red cranberries bring loads of vitamin C to strengthen your immune system and ward off that winter hiking cold. Antioxidant-rich raisins add the fiber you need for a healthy gut.
The almonds and pecans in Mystic Mountain Trail Mix are sprouted using our custom Better Than Roasted (BTR) process, which maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our nuts. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.
FUN FACT! Mulberries have grown in our Blue Ridge Mountains for hundreds of years. Mountain cooks sometimes use them in jams, pies and wine but consider the oblong, dessert-sweet little fruits best eaten raw.
