Lush green pistachios: potassium and antioxidants. Crunchy almonds: biotin and vitamin E.  Creamy cashews: vitamin K and minerals galore. Earthy walnuts: heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Sticky dates: magnesium, vitamin B-6, and delightful low-glycemic sweetness. Chewy apricots: eye-protecting beta-carotenes. Mellow mulberries: vitamin C and riboflavin. All these colors, tastes and textures mingle to create a satisfying trail mix perfect for hiking, biking, and on-the-go snacking... without an empty calorie in sight!

The nuts in Oasis Trail Mix are sprouted using our custom our Better Than Roasted (BTR) process, which maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.

FUN FACT!  In the Blue Ridge Mountains, people have long gathered wild mulberries. Mountain cooks sometimes use them in jams, pies and wine but consider the oblong, dessert-sweet little fruits best eaten raw.

 

Shelf life: One year if properly stored

 

Storage: Cool, dry, dark area. Better Than Roasted nuts and seeds can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
