Wishing you could head to the tropics at a moment’s notice? Well, the tropics have just come to you in the form of our raw, organic Island Magic Trail Mix, a scrumptious blend of cashews, Brazil nuts, coconut, pineapple, mango, and papaya. So put on your sunglasses, kick back, and enjoy!

Sprouted cashews and Brazil nuts add crunch, heart-healthy unsaturated fats, vitamin K, and a range of minerals, including your daily value of selenium in just one Brazil nut. Crisp coconut flakes add fiber and the tissue-strengthening mineral manganese. A sweet-and-sour blend of chewy dried pineapple, papaya, and mango adds a wealth of vitamin C, vitamin A, B vitamins, and potassium.

The brazil nuts and cashews in our Island Magic Trail Mix are sprouted using our Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process, which maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.

FUN FACTS! Brazil nuts have more of the mineral selenium than any other food; just one nut provides your entire daily value. Selenium is essential to the immune and thyroid system, and it's a powerful antioxidant.  Just don't heat a big helping of Brazil nuts every day - too much selenium isn't a good thing.
