What tastes like almond butter, tastes like cashew butter, and has the wonderful flavor and nutrition of both? You guessed it… almond-cashew butter! We sprout and stone-grind raw, organic almonds and cashews to make a smooth butter that’s equally delicious drizzled on fruit or ice cream, folded into smoothies or sandwiches, or eaten straight out of the jar!
Almonds are a top source of the cancer-fighting antioxidant vitamin E, and they are also a good source of folate, copper, B2, biotin, and molybdenum. Cashews are high in thiamin, iron, copper, and antioxidant vitamin K, and they are also a good source of potassium and zinc. Both cashews and almonds contain manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, and plenty of fiber and protein.

Fun Facts: Cashews and almonds work together! Cashews are high in magnesium; almonds are high in vitamin E. So what? So, magnesium slows the digestion of vitamin E, letting your body absorb more of it and reap its antioxidant benefits.
Shelf life: One year if properly stored
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark area. If stored at room temperature, oil may separate--stir before you enjoy! Sprouted nut and seed butters can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
