Almonds are a top source of the cancer-fighting antioxidant vitamin E, and they are also a good source of manganese, folate, copper, B2, biotin, and molybdenum. Pecans provide iron, copper, and zinc. Both almonds and pecans are a good source of magnesium and phosphorus. Plus, plenty of protein and fiber gives you long-term energy without a crash.

Fun Facts: Combining almonds and pecans provides an often-overlooked antioxidant combination. To get the most disease-fighting action out of your vitamin E, it’s best to include both alpha-tocopherol, found in almonds, and gamma-tocopherol, found in pecans, in your diet each day.
Shelf life: One year if properly stored
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark area. If stored at room temperature, oil may separate--stir before you enjoy! Sprouted nut and seed butters can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
