This delicious blend of nuts doesn’t just taste good, it’s good for your heart, your brain, your circulation, and even your nails! It’s a source of vitamin E and omega-3’s, which both reduce the risk of heart disease and dementia. It also provides a range of anti-inflammatory and enzyme-boosting minerals like manganese, copper, molybdenum, iron, zinc, and phosphorus.
Both walnuts and almonds are high in biotin, a vitamin essential to healthy nails, hair, and skin. Plus, plenty of protein and fiber gives you long-term energy without a crash.
Our Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our nuts. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.
We stone-grind this delicious blend of nuts slowly at low temperatures for the smoothest, most nutritious nut butter possible-- after all, that’s how nut butter was first made. Read more about the benefits of stone-grinding HERE.
Fun Facts: Combining almonds, pecans, and walnuts provides an often-overlooked antioxidant combination. To get the most antioxidant action out of your vitamin E, it’s best to include both alpha-tocopherol, found in almonds, and gamma-tocopherol, found in pecans and walnuts, in your diet each day
