Black sesame seeds are packed with nutrients that strengthen the skin, bones, and immune system. Black Sesame Tahini is high in vitamin E, calcium, iron, and magnesium, and it’s also a good source of zinc, Vitamin B1, molybdenum, selenium, copper, and manganese. Like many nuts and seeds, black sesame seeds contain phytosterols, which are proven to lower blood cholesterol levels-- but unique to sesame seeds is sesamol, a powerful antioxidant.

Shelf life: One year if properly stored
