Pistachios get their bright green color from eye-protecting antioxidants like beta-carotene and lutein, and they are also high in vitamin B-6, which promotes a healthy metabolism and nutrient absorption. Cashews are high in the antioxidant Vitamin K, and they also boast significant potassium and zinc. Brazil nuts are the richest natural source of selenium.
Both pistachios and cashews provide iron and manganese, and all three nuts contain thiamin, copper, and phosphorus. Plus, these nuts’ high monounsaturated fat content not only helps absorb nutrients, it lowers cholesterol and reduces the risk of heart disease.
Our Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our nuts. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.
We stone-grind our cashews and pistachios slowly at low temperatures for the smoothest, most nutritious nut butter possible-- after all, that’s how nut butter was first made. Read more about the benefits of stone-grinding HERE.
FUN FACT! Cashews, pistachios, and Brazil nuts work together. Cashews and Brazil nuts contain zinc, pistachios are packed with vitamin B-6, and it just so happens that zinc is essential to B-6 absorption.
