Pistachios get their bright green color from eye-protecting antioxidants like beta-carotene and lutein, and they are also high in vitamin B-6, which promotes healthy metabolism and nutrient absorption. Cashews are high in the antioxidant Vitamin K, and they also boast significant potassium and zinc. Brazil nuts are the richest natural source of selenium.
Both pistachios and cashews provide iron and manganese, and all three nuts contain thiamin, copper, and phosphorus. Plus, these nuts’ high monounsaturated fat content not only helps absorb nutrients, it lowers cholesterol and reduces risk of heart disease.

FUN FACT! Cashews, pistachios, and Brazil nuts work together. Cashews and Brazil nuts contain zinc, pistachios are packed with vitamin B-6, and it just so happens that zinc is essential to B-6 absorption.
Shelf life: One year if properly stored
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark area. If stored at room temperature, oil may separate--stir before you enjoy! Sprouted nut and seed butters can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
