Pistachios and cashews not only taste great, they’re great for your eyes, your metabolism, your circulation, and your heart!
Pistachios get their bright green color from eye-protecting antioxidants like beta-carotene and lutein. They are also high in vitamin B-6, which promotes a healthy metabolism and nutrient absorption.
Cashews are high in the antioxidant vitamin K, and they also boast significant potassium and zinc. Both pistachios and cashews provide thiamin, iron, copper, phosphorus, and manganese. Plus, healthy monounsaturated fat, fiber, and protein give you long-term energy without a crash!
Our Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our nuts. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.
We also stone-grind our cashews and pistachios slowly at low temperatures for the smoothest, most nutritious nut butter possible-- after all, that’s how nut butter was first made. Read more about the benefits of stone-grinding HERE.
FUN FACT! Cashews and pistachios work together! Cashews contain zinc, pistachios are packed with vitamin B-6. and it just so happens that zinc is essential to B-6 absorption.
