Hazelnuts are high in vitamin E, an antioxidant essential to skin health. They’re also a good source of brain-boosting flavonoids and folate, a B vitamin that fights heart disease and depression. Cashews are high in thiamin, iron, magnesium, and antioxidant vitamin K, and they also boast significant potassium, phosphorus, and zinc. Both cashews and hazelnuts are high in copper, manganese, protein, and fiber.

Our Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our nuts. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.

We also stone-grind our nuts slowly at low temperatures for the smoothest, most nutritious nut butter possible-- after all, that’s how nut butter was first made. Read more about the benefits of stone-grinding HERE.

FUN FACT! Cashews and hazelnuts work together! Cashews are high in magnesium, almonds are high in vitamin E, and it just so happens that magnesium slows the digestion of vitamin E so that your body can absorb more of it and reap its antioxidant benefits.

Hazelnuts grow on a small deciduous tree originating in southern Europe and Turkey. Hazelnuts are now cultivated in many regions of the world, including the USA as an important commercial crop.
