Each nut brings NUT-rition to the mix. Almonds are packed with vitamin E, biotin, and enzymes. Cashews contain vitamin K and a range of minerals like copper and manganese. Pecans contain thiamin, zinc, magnesium, and phosphorus. Walnuts are high in copper, manganese, molybdenum, biotin, and the heart-healthy gamma-tocopherol form of Vitamin E.

And to lock all those nutrients and probiotics, they’re sprouted!

Shelf life: One year if properly stored

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark area. If stored at room temperature, oil may separate--stir before you enjoy! Sprouted nut and seed butters can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
