What’s in the jar? 100% raw, organic sprouted macadamias and cashews, gently stone-ground to release the creaminess deep inside. Enjoy our Macadamia Cashew Butter on toast, in smoothies, dips, and desserts, or straight out of the jar!

Cashews are a treasure trove of minerals like iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and zinc, and they’re high in the antioxidant vitamin K. Both cashews and macadamia nuts are high in thiamin and manganese, plus plenty of satisfying protein, fiber, and heart-healthy unsaturated fat.

Our Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our nuts. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.

We stone-grind our nuts slowly at low temperatures for the smoothest, most nutritious nut butter possible-- after all, that’s how nut butter was first made. Read more about the benefits of stone-grinding HERE.

FUN FACT! Copper is vital to energy production and bone and tissue health, but half of Americans don’t get enough of it in their diets. Luckily, cashew-eaters aren’t likely to be among the half: cashews have more copper per serving than any other food except sesame seeds.

Shelf life: One year if properly stored

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark area. If stored at room temperature, oil may separate--stir before you enjoy! Sprouted nut and seed butters can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
