What tastes like pecans, tastes like cashews, and has the natural sweetness and nutrition of both? You guessed it… Pecan Cashew Butter! We sprout and stone-grind raw, organic pecans and cashews to make a smooth butter that’s equally delicious drizzled on fruit or ice cream, folded into smoothies or sandwiches, or eaten straight out of the jar!
Pecans contain cholesterol-lowering vitamin E, which reduces your risk of heart disease. Cashews are high in metabolism-boosting thiamin and the antioxidant vitamin K. Both pecans and cashews provide iron, magnesium, copper, zinc, and phosphorus. Both nuts also have healthy monounsaturated fat, fiber, and protein to give you long-term energy without a crash!

Our Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our nuts. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.

We stone-grind our pecans and cashews slowly at low temperatures for the smoothest, most nutritious nut butter possible-- after all, that’s how nut butter was first made. Read more about the benefits of stone-grinding HERE.

FUN FACT! Cashews and pecans work together! Cashews are high in magnesium, pecans contain vitamin E, and magnesium slows the digestion of vitamin E so that your body can absorb more of it and reap its antioxidant benefits.

Shelf life: One year if properly stored

Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark area. If stored at room temperature, oil may separate--stir before you enjoy! Sprouted nut and seed butters can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
