It’s not only delicious, it’s nutritious-- that’s what we do! Naturally antimicrobial pumpkin seeds have more chlorophyll, which alkalizes and detoxes the body, than any other nut or seed. Plus, they contain a diversity of antioxidants not found in most foods, including disease-fighting polyphenols, hormone-balancing lignans, and several forms of vitamin E.
Walnuts are antioxidant-rich, too, and they provide brain-boosting omega-3 unsaturated fats, copper, manganese, molybdenum, and biotin. Brazil nuts are the best natural source of selenium, and they’re also high in magnesium. All together, these nuts are a treasure trove of fiber, protein, antioxidants, and minerals!
Our Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our nuts and seeds. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut or seed. Read more about our BTR process HERE.
We stone-grind our nuts and seeds slowly at low temperatures for the smoothest, most nutritious butter possible-- after all, that’s how nut butter was first made. Read more about the benefits of stone-grinding HERE.
FUN FACT! Pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and Brazil nuts work together! Pumpkin seeds’ and walnuts’ vitamin E and Brazil nuts’ selenium facilitate each other’s absorption so you can get more antioxidant action out of both.
Shelf life: One year if properly stored
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark area. If stored at room temperature, oil may separate--stir before you enjoy! Sprouted nut and seed butters can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
