Eligibility & Participation

• Open to registered retail customers who have made at least one purchase.

Program Rules

• Referrers earn $10 credit for every referral that results in a completed and paid first order by the referred friend.
• Friends (new customers) get a one-time 5% discount on their first purchase when signing up with a referral link.
• Referrer rewards can be used all at once or over multiple purchases, up to 25% of the cart total per order. Any unused balance carries over.
• Rewards apply automatically after the referred Friend completes a qualifying purchase.

Reward Expiration & Limits

• Rewards expire 30 days after being issued.
• Maximum discount per order: 25% of the cart total.
• Cannot be combined with other discounts outside the referral program.

Refunds & Revoked Rewards

• If a Friend cancels or refunds their order, the Referrer’s reward may be canceled or reversed.

Notifications

• Referrers receive email updates when Friends make a purchase and when rewards are credited.

Fraud Prevention

• No rewards are given if the same IP address is used to create multiple accounts.
• Rewards have a 5-day holding period before they can be spent, to prevent abuse from canceled orders.

Privacy & Data

• Referral data is automatically deleted if you delete your account (GDPR-compliant).

Program Changes & Termination

• Blue Mountain Organics may modify or end the Program at any time.
• Changes will be communicated via our website or email; continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.

• Blue Mountain Organics is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or unauthorized access related to the Program and is not liable for damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation.
