Given our commitment to sourcing the finest Certified Organic products and ingredients, there are instances where we may need to change the vendors or farms from which we make purchases, to ensure optimal quality and availability. Consequently, variations in product attributes, such as appearance or flavor, may occur from one farmer to another.

We kindly advise carefully reviewing our product descriptions to ensure alignment with your expectations prior to making a purchase. Should you encounter any issues with our products, please don't hesitate to contact us.

For SMALL-sized products, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON BULK SIZES, DEFINED AS PACKAGES OF 5 POUNDS OR MORE. To mitigate any uncertainty regarding a product, we suggest initially opting for a smaller package size.

All returned products must remain unopened and in satisfactory condition. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, as we do not provide return shipping labels. Upon receipt of the returned items in acceptable condition, we may issue a refund or store credit.

Furthermore, please be aware that Blue Mountain Organics cannot be held accountable for undelivered orders due to various circumstances, including failed delivery attempts, misplacement of packages, inaccuracies in provided addresses, adverse weather conditions, carrier-related issues, post-delivery loss, or delays. In such instances, customers are encouraged to pursue resolution by filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
