Each raw, organic nut brings NUT-rition to the mix. Almonds are packed with vitamin E, biotin, and enzyme potential. Cashews contain vitamin K and minerals like copper and manganese. Pecans provide thiamin, zinc, magnesium, and phosphorus. Walnuts are high in copper, manganese, molybdenum, biotin, and the heart-healthy gamma-tocopherol form of Vitamin E.
To lock in all those nutrients and probiotics, our nuts are sprouted! The Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut or seed.

A 2016 archaeological dig in Israel found evidence that nuts were already a staple in human diets 780,000 years ago. Researchers even discovered wild almonds buried in a bog!
Storage
Shelf life: One year if properly stored.
