Each raw, organic nut brings NUT-rition to the mix. Almonds are packed with vitamin E, biotin, and enzyme potential. Cashews contain vitamin K and a range of minerals like copper and manganese. Pecans contain thiamin, zinc, magnesium, and phosphorus. Walnuts are high in copper, manganese, molybdenum, biotin, and the heart-healthy gamma-tocopherol form of Vitamin E.

FUN FACT! A 2016 archaeological dig in Israel found evidence that nuts were already a staple in human diets 780,000 years ago. Researchers even found wild almonds buried in a bog!
Shelf life: One year if properly stored
Storage: Cool, dry, dark area. Sprouted nuts and seeds can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
