Almonds are a top source of the cancer-fighting antioxidant vitamin E, and they are also a good source of manganese, folate, copper, B2, phosphorus, biotin, magnesium, and molybdenum. Almonds’ high monounsaturated fat content not only helps absorb all these nutrients, it lowers cholesterol, reduces risk of heart disease, and regulates blood sugar spikes. Plus, plenty of protein and fiber gives you long-term energy without a crash.

We stone-grind our almonds slowly at low temperatures for the smoothest, most nutritious nut butter possible-- after all, that’s how nut butter was first made. Read more about the benefits of stone-grinding HERE.

FUN FACT! For us, almonds are a yummy hiking snack, but for the Ancient Egyptians, they were a little more .... eternal. Almonds were left in pharaoh's tombs, including King Tut's, to sustain the kinds on their journey to the afterlife.

Shelf life: One year if properly stored
