Why is My Nutty Mylk so creamy? It’s certainly no thanks to a cow! Almonds may seem hard and crunchy, but they’re real softies at heart. Ours are blanched to remove the skin (which contains nutrient-blocking phytates), then we stone-grind them gently at low temperatures to create a velvety smooth mylk with all the nutrition of a whole, raw almond. Read about the many proven benefits of stone grinding HERE.

Almonds are a top source of the cancer-fighting antioxidant vitamin E, and they are also a good source of manganese, copper, B2, phosphorus, biotin, magnesium, and molybdenum.
