Just a two-ounce serving of dried mulberries has 26% of your daily value of fiber, 6 grams of protein (that’s as much as a large egg!), 260% of your daily value of vitamin C, 40% of your daily value of iron, and 16% of your daily value of calcium. They’re also a good source of potassium, vitamin E, vitamin K, and riboflavin and packed with antioxidants like resveratrol, which helps prevent cancer and heart disease.
