They’re also sprouted using our Better Than Roasted (BTR) process, which maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Almonds are a top source of the cancer-fighting antioxidant Vitamin E, and they are also a good source of manganese, folate, copper, B2, phosphorus, biotin, magnesium, and molybdenum. Almonds’ high monounsaturated fat content not only helps absorb all these nutrients, it lowers cholesterol, reduces risk of heart disease, and regulates blood sugar spikes. Plus, plenty of protein and fiber means you won’t be left hungry.
