You might call them puh-KAHN, PEE-kan, or PEE-kahn. We just call them sweet, crunchy, and delicious!

Add our raw, organic pecans to salads, baked or raw treats, granola, pasta, snack mixes, and more. If you’re feeling creative, try making your own pecan milk, pecan-crusted seafood, or pecan pesto. If you’re not feeling so creative… pecans are a yummy snack all by themselves.

And they’re good for you! A handful of pecans provides iron, magnesium, protein, copper, zinc, phosphorus, and an abundance of fiber. Thanks to cholesterol-lowering vitamin E, eating them regularly also lowers your risk of heart disease.

Our Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our pecans. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.

FUN FACT! On a trip to the Deep South in 1775, Thomas Jefferson tried pecans for the first time. He brought some seedlings back to Virginia and shared them with George Washington, who eagerly planted some on his own land. That’s why the oldest living trees at Mount Vernon today are pecan trees!
