Rich, sweet, and low in carbs, coconut flour is perfect for gluten-free, Paleo, and Keto treats. It’s also nutritious-- coconut is packed with protein, heart-healthy fats, and antioxidants!

Ingredients: Organic Raw Coconut Flour
-Certified Organic, non-GMO
-Certified Kosher, Pareve
-Processed in a peanut-free, dairy-free, and soy-free facility

To make our coconut flour, we dry and stone-grind the meat of raw, organic coconuts. Coconut meat is made up of about 14% coconut oil and 58% dietary fiber, so it’s much lower in carbohydrates than most other flours. It’s high in protein, healthy fats, and fiber and low in sugar, making it Paleo and Keto-friendly. Coconut also contains iron and an antioxidant called lauric acid, which acts as an antiviral and antifungal and lowers cholesterol.

Coconut flour is perfect for Paleo and gluten-free baking, but you don’t have to follow a special diet to enjoy coconut flour as a nutritious addition to your favorite recipes. It adds natural sweetness and richness to raw and baked desserts, crepes, breads, and even pizza crust! Also try it as a breading for meats and veggies, or to add body to burgers and veggie burgers.
FUN FACT! Coconut flour absorbs a lot of liquid, so when you substitute coconut flour for grain flour, you only need to use ¼ or ⅓ cup of coconut flour where you would use a full cup of grain flour.

Shelf life: One year if properly stored

Storage: Cool, dry, dark area. Coconut flour can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
