You might call it puh-KAHN, PEE-kan, or PEE-kahn butter. We just call it sweet, creamy, and delicious! We stone-grind 100% raw, organic pecans to create a smooth butter that’s equally tasty enjoyed on pancakes, sandwiches, and fruit, in smoothies, desserts, and savory dishes, and straight out of the jar!

Pecans provide an abundance of fiber and minerals like iron, magnesium, copper, zinc, and phosphorus. Thanks to cholesterol-lowering vitamin E, eating them regularly also lowers your risk of heart disease. Plus, healthy monounsaturated fat and protein give you long-term energy without a crash!

We stone-grind our pecans slowly at low temperatures for the smoothest, most nutritious nut butter possible-- after all, that’s how nut butter was first made. Read more about the benefits of stone-grinding HERE.

FUN FACT! On a trip to the Deep South in 1775, Thomas Jefferson tried pecans for the first time.  He brought some seedlings back to Virginia and shared them with George Washington, who eagerly planted some on his own land.  That's why the oldest living trees at Mount Vernon today are pecan trees!

Shelf life:  One year if properly stored

Storage: Cool, dry, dark area.  If stored at room temperature, oil may separate - stir before you enjoy! Nut and seed butters can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
