Here’s how we make our super-creamy velvet peanut butter: First, we get a beautiful batch of 100% organic, naturally sweet Valencia peanuts from an organic farm in New Mexico. Then, we dark-roast them to bring out that deep peanut flavor. Finally, we stone-grind them to silky smooth, no-stir perfection-- no icky oils, salt, or sweeteners needed. Kids and grown-ups alike will love it on sandwiches, in baked and raw treats, on smoothies, or straight from the jar!
Peanuts are packed with protein and soluble fiber. They’re also a great source of vitamin E, manganese, folate, copper, phosphorus and biotin and a good source of magnesium and molybdenum. Peanuts’ high monounsaturated fat content not only helps absorb all these nutrients, it lowers cholesterol, reduces risk of heart disease, and regulates blood sugar spikes. And you may associate resveratrol, a powerful antioxidant, with red wine-- but peanuts have it too!

FUN FACT! Only 1% of peanuts grown in the US are Valencia-- our question is, why??? Valencia peanuts grow in dry climates, minimizing the risk of mold, and are known for their sweetness and intense peanut flavor!
Shelf life: One year if properly stored
Storage: Cool, dry, dark area. If stored at room temperature, oil may separate--stir before you enjoy! Nut and seed butters can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
