If you’re feeling adventurous, try making your own pistachio pesto or (okay, fine) ice cream. If you’re not feeling so adventurous, our shelled pistachios are a nutritious, delicious, and convenient snack straight out of the bag.
Pistachios get their bright green color from eye-protecting antioxidants like beta-carotene and lutein. They are also high in vitamin B-6, which promotes a healthy metabolism and nutrient absorption, and a good source of iron, thiamin, copper, manganese, phosphorus, fiber, and protein. Plus, thanks to their fiber and monounsaturated fat content, eating pistachios regularly lowers bad cholesterol and reduces the risk of heart disease.
Our Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our pistachios. Shelf life: One year if properly stored
Storage: Cool, dry, dark area. Better Than Roasted nuts and seeds can be refrigerated or frozen to extend freshness.
