Think pistachio is just an ice cream flavor? Our 100% raw, organic pistachios beg to differ! They’re rich, crunchy, and equally wonderful in sweet and savory dishes, from cakes and raw energy bites to pilafs and salads. If you’re feeling adventurous, try making your own pistachio pesto or (okay, fine) ice cream. If you’re not feeling so adventurous, our shelled pistachios are a nutritious, delicious, and convenient snack straight out of the bag.

Pistachios get their bright green color from eye-protecting antioxidants like beta-carotene and lutein. They are also high in vitamin B-6, which promotes a healthy metabolism and nutrient absorption, and a good source of iron, thiamin, copper, manganese, phosphorus, fiber, and protein. Plus, thanks to their fiber and monounsaturated fat content, eating pistachios regularly lowers bad cholesterol and reduces the risk of heart disease.

Our Better Than Roasted (BTR) sprouting process maximizes the bioavailability of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in our pistachios. It also removes bitterness and concentrates flavor, yielding a sweeter, more easily digestible, and more flavorful nut. Read more about our BTR process HERE.

FUN FACT: The Queen of Sheba loved pistachios and maintained that they were fit only for royalty. In fact, she demanded that every pistachio grown in Sheba be set aside for her and her royal court!
